Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
  • 1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees°
  • Whisk brown sugar, maple syrup, soy sauce, and Chinese five spice together in a large bowl.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts and the crispy bacon and gently toss to coat.
  • Place Brussels sprouts in single layer in air fryer basket and cook for 8 – 10 minutes, gently turning Brussels sprouts halfway through. *See Note

Notes

  • *Note – if you’re using a smaller capacity air fryer basket, you will need to work in batches, and cook the Brussels sprouts for longer.
