  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Golden Graham’s cereal, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped


  • Preheat air fryer following manufacturer’s instructions to 350°F on the “air crisp” setting.
  • In large bowl using a hand-held electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add in the eggs, one at a time and vanilla.
  • In a separate medium-sized bowl, mix flour, cocoa and salt.
  • Slowly stir the flour and cocoa mixture into the sugar mixture until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread batter into a greased 8x8-inch metal baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few bare crumbs.
  • Remove the brownies from the air fryer and reset the temperature on the Air Fryer to preheat to 400°F.
  • Sprinkle the cooked brownies with the mini marshmallows and Golden Grahams cereal and place back in air fryer for 2-3 minutes, or until marshmallows are starting to melt and toasted a golden brown.
  • Immediately remove brownies from air fryer and sprinkle with the chopped milk chocolate. Cover with aluminum foil and let sit for five minutes, or until chocolate has melted.
  • Cut into equal squares and enjoy!
