Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 5 fresh medium ripe peaches
  • 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line rimmed baking sheet with non-stick parchment paper.
  3. Cut peaches in half and remove stones. Slice peaches into wedges 1/2-inch-thick.* (see note)
  4. Roll thawed puff pastry out onto non-stick parchment paper.
  5. Arrange peach slices onto parchment paper so that there is 1 - 2 inches of puff pastry on outside edge.
  6. Cook in oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until puff pastry is light golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar.

Notes

  • I left the skin on the peaches for extra flavor and texture. This works for my family. If necessary, use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin from the peaches.
