These made-from-scratch Air Fryer S'mores Brownies are gooey, chocolatey, amazing and delicious. Capture that last taste of summer.

- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Golden Graham’s cereal, crushed
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
Preheat air fryer following manufacturer’s instructions to 350°F on the “air crisp” setting.
In large bowl using a hand-held electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add in the eggs, one at a time and vanilla.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, mix flour, cocoa and salt.
Slowly stir the flour and cocoa mixture into the sugar mixture until thoroughly combined.
Spread batter into a greased 8x8-inch metal baking dish.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few bare crumbs.
Remove the brownies from the air fryer and reset the temperature on the Air Fryer to preheat to 400°F.
Sprinkle the cooked brownies with the mini marshmallows and Golden Grahams cereal and place back in air fryer for 2-3 minutes, or until marshmallows are starting to melt and toasted a golden brown.
Immediately remove brownies from air fryer and sprinkle with the chopped milk chocolate. Cover with aluminum foil and let sit for five minutes, or until chocolate has melted.
Cut into equal squares and enjoy!
