These air fryer s’mores brownies are a classic rich fudgy brownie piled with Golden Grahams cereal and mini marshmallows, browned to a toasty perfection. I love this dish because it’s small enough to fit in the air fryer and it’s easy enough to cook up in under an hour.
Tips & Tricks for making Air Fryer S’mores Brownies
Ingredients:
- butter
- sugar
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- baking cocoa
- salt
- Golden Grahams cereal
- mini marshmallows
- milk chocolate
If you don’t have Golden Grahams cereal on hand or available where you live, you can always swap them out for regular graham crackers. The rest of the ingredients are pantry staples and widely available in most supermarket.
Preheat air fryer following manufacturer’s instructions to 350°F on the “air crisp” setting.
In large bowl using a hand-held electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and continue beating until combined.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, mix flour, cocoa and salt. Slowly stir the flour and cocoa mixture into the sugar mixture until thoroughly combined.
Spread batter into a greased 8×8 inch metal or glass baking dish. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few bare crumbs.
Remove the brownies from the air fryer and reset the temperature on the Air Fryer to preheat to 400°F.
Sprinkle the cooked brownies with the mini marshmallows and Golden Grahams cereal and place back in air fryer for 2-3 minutes, or until marshmallows start to melt and toasted a golden brown.
Immediately remove brownies from air fryer and sprinkle with the chopped milk chocolate.
Cover with aluminum foil and let sit for five minutes, or until chocolate has melted. Cut into equal squares and enjoy!
Brownies can be saved for up to a week, tightly covered.

Looks great. I’m so excited to make these!
I just wanted to thank you for this recipe! I don’t have an air fryer so I made them in my oven – they took the exact same time and temperature. And I broiled the marshmallows under the broiler – just 45 seconds was all they needed. Brava!
