Air Fryer Peach Maple Bacon Brie Bites

Last updated on December 16th, 2021

Introducing: my version of the Air Fryer Peach Maple Bacon Brie Bites! These are topped with bacon, maple and peaches, and cook for a mere six minutes in the air fryer!

A few months ago, I made some regular oven-baked blackberry puff pastry brie bites. They were simply fabulous, but require heating up the entire house to make. Why hassle with that, when I can convert the recipe and make these Air Fryer Peach Maple Bacon Brie Bites in an air fryer?

Tips & Tricks for making Air Fryer Peach Maple Bacon Brie Bites

Ingredients:

  • frozen puff pastry
  • soft brie
  • whole ripe peaches
  • cooked bacon
  • maple syrup

These ingredients are – for the most part – pantry staples, with the exception of the fresh peaches, which are seasonal. The rest of the ingredients are easy enough and work well with the fresh peaches.

You’ll first want to thaw the puff pastry for 30 to 45 minutes, or until it can be easily handled. Although, in the summer, that can sometimes happen within 15 – 20 minutes. This is something that can be done while you’re cooking the bacon, peeling and slicing the peaches and otherwise assembling all of the other ingredients.

Prepare the air fryer by preheating to 375 degrees, following manufacturer’s instructions. I always give that disclaimer because some air fryers don’t require “preheating” while others require a significant amount of time. Either way, do whatever the manufacturer says to do in this case.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. I always recommend using a cooking spray with a high smoke point like avocado oil.
Unfold puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll out flat with a rolling pin. Cut puff pastry along seams and cut those into 2 inch squares. Your size preference may vary, depending on the size of your air fryer.

CUT THE CHEESE (my favorite step), and the bacon slices into about a dozen or so manageable pieces that will fit onto the puff pastry squares. Arrange brie, peach, bacon on a single piece of puff pastry. Use pastry brush to brush or drizzle with maple syrup.

Use spatula to place pastry in air fryer basket. Repeat this step with remaining puff pastry squares, placing each square at least an inch-and-a-half apart in the air fryer basket – working in batches.

Cook for 5 – 7 minutes or until cheese has melted and puff pastry has turned a rich, golden brown color.
Remove basket from air fryer and remove puff pastries from basket. Allow pastries to cool for 3 – 5 minutes before serving.

  1. I love brie and I also love puff pastry but what I don’t have is an air fryer, grr. Haha, I was skeptical I’d burn the house down for some reason (same with my instant pot) but now I think it’s time to invest because the recipes seem amazing. These look so tasty!
